Visual Arts Exhibitions

Curated again this year by Christine Evans from the creative partnership battyandgorgeous

Welcome to the Visual Arts Programme for 2010. Our development this year has been to create more opportunities for you to join in and help us shape the Festival and its creative output. Alongside the usual wonderful exhibitions, evening previews, and open studios, we are very excited to bring you a host of arty activities for you to participate in. This year for the first time our very own Artist in Residence, Phil Ogg, will be working directly with us during the Festival to create an exciting piece of work.

EXHIBITIONS

Enjoy familiar faces and delight in work by artists new to the Festival, who were inspired by the local as well as the far afield.

PREVIEWS

Join the celebrations throughout the week as individual exhibitions hold their preview evenings. See programme entries for participating venues and their preview times. Come and enjoy the creative variety and talent on our doorstep.
